    Default Alienware error code 3600; 0123 ?

    I have a bios issue with my alienware m15x.
    It will not charge the battery, it recognizes the battery and how much of a charge is left but it will not charge the battery.
    I have found out that it is a bios problem and when I ran a diagnostics it gave Error code 3600; 0123. Dell will not allow me to access this file unless I renew the warranty.
    Does anyone have the bios x36 file for Dell/Alienware ?

    did you try the A09 BIOS file that you can try flashing to your Alienware M15x laptop? it's free to download from
