Default DreamTech HD Green & Red light flashes constantly

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has run into a problem when you plug this receiver in and
all you get is the red and green lights flashing on and off at the same time?
I have 2 of these boxes. My other one in the basement seems to be working fine.
But this one is acting up.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated

    TIA

    “err” LED front display fix…
    1. Change latest firmware file name to “factory_fw.udf”

    2. Insert USB memory stick to STB (make sure there is only “factory_fw.udf” software in USB)

    3. Hold front panel “Power/Standy By button” then unplug/plug the power socket from the back of STB

    4. Let go off the “Power Button” when you see “upgrade” STB starts upgrading

    5. Reboot STB when LED front display shows “fini/finished” by using your RCU On/Off button

    6. Now, use the latest software released and put it in your USB

    7. Insert USB and update software

    8. Reboot STB when LED front display shows “done” (don’t forget to do a “Factory Reset” after s/w upgraded)

    9. Enjoy
