I have the inserter in port #1 and the receiver in #2. I'm just using the t5 dish settings screen. I tin foil covered the lnb to the far left (looking out from behind the dish) and it didn't do anything tin foil covered the far right and it killed the signal.

So you got it working right?

Use TP 12516 on 129W, it's a CONUS TP and in SD.

i stopped fiddling with it for today. Dish pointer elevation was way off for my address for some reason. probaly because im mounting the dish a good 45 feet in the air. Ill try to tune in 129 for better s and q tomorow but yes its working. 110 and 119 scanned in a bunch of channels. 129 gave under 40.

45 feet is nothing as far as the elevation, several thousand maybe.

Did you zoom into where the dish is mounted and move the marker to it?

It was off by 8 degrees. Maybe I'm just reading the dish wrong. I didn't catch any 119 signal on the proper lnb until I changed it, then was able to find it quite easily. Hopefully 129 comes in with just a skew change because I tightened those nuts down HARD when I finally found it.

Great...Now if the skew on that dish has not changed then 110 and 129 should fall into place.

They are all at 95+ now. but the switch problem came into effect. Dish settings gives me full signal, but going to a channel gives me bad or no signal. I found a cheap dpp twin lnb and am going to throw that on the 82 91 dish with an sw21 separating the dishes hope it works.
