Having a problem at this time opening any threads. Takes a long time to open and when they finally do the page is not normal (complete). Had similar problems last week.

I haven't used windows for years which I am presuming you use, but I would start by refiring router(unplug for 30 seconds) then emptying cache and clearing history on your computer.

You can also reset the browser whether you are using I.E. or Firefox OR Chrome. That might fix the problem too. Keep in mind if you delete all the data that you can it will affect you having to re-enter your passwords again on sites where they were saved.
