just make sure you entered all the server info.correctly and if the codes are active it should connect. after you inputted and save all the server info.it will be hidden..
The receiver will not show the username, password, port and DES Key info after it is inputted..it will show you xxxxxxxxx instead. this how the t4 and T5 works...good luck bud

Willrod00, when you load port numbers, use the down arrow button not exit.
