Can not scan in international channel called Star Plus

I have i-link model IS 9000+
About 2 weeks ago, I deleted all my international channels on Anik F3 and did a fresh scan.
I had this channel before but now I can not scan in the international Hindi channel called Star Plus.
I have been trying all kinds of scans for the last three weeks.
I have tried blind scan,tp scan, and advanced scan.
It is suppose to be on Tp 23 channel 716 with frequency of 12.050025
I am able to scan some other channels from Tp 23 but not this.
This has me completely stumped.
Any help would be appreciated.

Star Plus SD is : 11911 L tp 14 (ch 696)
Star Plus HD is : 12050 R tp 23 (ch 9611) --> (You need HD box for this)

you refer ch 716 - is B4U Music comes on 12050 R tp 23
