select a bev channel... go into channel manager....rename should be highlighted... using your arrows on remote scroll over to delete.... it will default to ch del... hit the yellow button(del option) on remote twice so it reads sat del... a bev sat should already be highlighted so you can hit the blue button on remote & delete it...

Factory reset and rescan, probably time you did as channels are moved and transponders are updated from time
    to time.

If you are showing bev channels on 119 then your antenna settings and or dish is a little off. When in 119 antenna settings you must have a lock on satellite. That is usually confirmed by 119 being shown at top of page. If it says 91 then that's where the dish is aimed.

Factory default will erase your sat info and any switch info only, simply factory set, rescan each sat you had previously.Your switch settings should match the sat you choose,(see post #6) the correct sat will appear to match the sat selected with good signal. Any issues, come on back for some help.

Factory reset should not affect his network info. Should check in the event it does and re enter the info under Dream. Some receivers will retain this info while others do not.

try bypassing the switch & run the 119 direct to the receiver... If it still doesn't come in you have a bad cable or connector or an LNB thats gone south if you'll excuse the pun or the dish is out of alignment

Double check your settings particularly your diseqc port, are you seeing the banner for your sat in that screen with good signal and quality?
