    Default Issues with my HD

    Hello all,

    Setup:
    Jynxbox V2 with Jb200
    Dish Network 1000.2 Satellite Dish
DPP44 power adapter to power LNBs

Recently, my HD channels have gone MIA (when you select a HD CH it will show a no signal message (~42%). I still get my SD channels just fine.

My thought process is that it might be either the JB200, LNB, or power DPP44.

    1. Does a faulty JB200 still process SD signal?
    2. Seems LNB for SAT129 is not getting power, but then if that was the issue shouldn't HD chs on SAT110/119 work?

My setup hasn't had any issues for +1 year which is why its baffling. No recent changes to the setup either.

I am trying to pinpoint what might be faulty in my setup and looking for any advice to help determine/resolve this.

Thanks in advance for your input.

I didn't want you to think I was spending the money on myself. That's why I posted a reply explaining where the SatFix Bux went.

Here's a little token of my gratitude for your generous donation. Please accept it in the spirit that its meant...

Swap out your lnb. If that does not resolve the issue then next step would be the JB200.

I sounds like the 8psk module is fried.

    UPDATE

So I took the lnbf off and made sure the cables we're fasten on tightly.

I rescan channels and now many of the hd ch work on on the sat 110/119/129

Though some still don't work like ch 9474 (E!). And I also notice some channels take awhile to connect when you select them. Could anyone advise if this symptom is related to something specific?

Sounds like the connection to your server is lagging a bit but nothing to be concerned about. If you go through the channels one by one the next time you want to view a channel it should show a bit faster.

If your channel list or guide show the channel and you are not seeing picture then your server is not showing it.
