Default Sonicview 8000 HD LNB-IN issue?

I run cable into my basement, but inside dish setting,I can't pick up some of sats with my sonicview HD,tried with nFusion HD,no problem at all.

And one of my SV8K can pick up the singals after reboot, need to do factory reset, then it shows Q bar if I switch TPs to check singals, the other one doesn't have such issue.

Power supply issue or firmware related? No clue so far.

What type(s) and brand(s) of LNB(s) do you have?

And what type of coax did you use?

Fn59 had a great suggestion! If that doesn't fix the problem your power supply may indeed be going. Does the unit in question work on other cable runs..... in the living room, bedroom...? If so, the unit may not be able to power the longer run to the basement. You could try a power inserter on port one of your dpplnb or turbo dish if that is indeed what you are using.
