95 Grand Cherokee Gas tank to body clearance?
Anyone know the clearance between the rear storage area and the gas tank on a 95 jeep ZJ (Grand Cherokee)? I need to drill some holes to mount something so I need to know this so I don’t run a screw into the tank. Sorry to ask something so simple but I just had back surgery and can’t go under the jeep yet.

I would not do any drilling into the bed of the cargo area as the tank is right up against the bottom of the cargo bed, there is a hard rubber foam vibration shield between the tank and bottom of the cargo area, but it's not that thick.
