Getting an nFusion HD now what dish?

Hello everyone. I've made up my mind and I'm going to get a Nfusion HD receiver. I've got an old $ev dish with the LNB. It's just a standard 18" round dish. I was thinking of getting a motor so I can scan around the ski a little easier. Will this dish do the job for someone starting out?

Also I run a Linux box. What's it like setting up xx-client and such? Can someone point me to a thread or a how-to?

The size of your dish would depend on your location, Dishpointer.Com is a good place to start for finding the size of dish needed for different sats. Also if your getting a motor and want to hit some "True FTA" sats you will need a different LNB, the thread below has some good info.....
