    Changed coax cable out all brand new rg6 cables, and still no go!

    Post some closeup photos of your LNB's, front and back if you can, this will clear up a few things.

    DP LNB's use band stacking.
    Old style legacy use two outputs, one for horizontal and one for vertical, then a 22 KHz SW21 switch is used, or a SW31 switch for two or more legacy LNB's, to switch between the two outputs.

    To test if you have the old style LNB move the connection on the LNB for 91 to the second connector on the LNB this will tell you if you have the old or new type of LNB.
