follow steps to reload files... factory and latest files... rescan birds etc...

might have to load factory file onto usb stick, then insert into unit and switch on from back... wait for a booting screen if it comes up,

then proceed with the file updates..

    goodluck

Update for those of you who are experiencing an ASH error, use the Jynbox Ultra HD loader with a rs232 cable. Double click "All Chunk" and locate the factory file I-Link IS-9800 HD (Factory File) Mar.20.2013 and click next. Once done the ASH error should be done with. However, you wont be able to use the remote, so once again, load the latest FTA Fix File I-Link IS-9800 HD File Sep.10.2013 via rs232 cable and Jynbox Ultra HD loader.

Once completed, setup the stb as usual with sat settings and p$. Good Luck! Bgerstel
