the jynx also has a built in media player which works flawlessly, plays back almost any type of media format which is a very nice feature, the jynx is also wifi compatible and the dreamlink is not another nice feature, the cost difference is $10 more than the jynx (check out leesatt) so really not much in cost difference either, the jynx has a much better guide verses the dreamlink and imo the jynx has a better pic but that will vary depending on tv being used i guess, both units are good and both have pros and cons just depends what features you are looking for and imo the jynx has many more options and features than the dreamlink,
as yourself not here to convince anyone just pointing out some things, anyone looking to buy an HD receiver should do there homework first and see what best suits their needs
How does it convert back and forth with a disque switch on north and south providers?

it is all done by the receiver, once you have your antenna settings done and have scanned in all your birds you simply input a north channel number and the jynx will automatically connect to that server and vice versa for the south, the jynx does have issues with provider lnb's which seem to require extra power to work properly but if using standard lnb's and a basic 4x1 diseqe or even 22khz switches the jynx works great

I heard we can do blind scan with this receiver. I also do True FTA and it's an option to take in consideration. If this receiver can do it, it will be my next fta receiver when my Limesat will dead.

Can it do blind scan ?

if you want to do true fta I think you will need a DVB s2 module.

you do know that the DPP44 switch & power inserter don't power the LNBs don't you, The DP44 switch & power inserter does power
the LNBs, so if you are using a DPP44 switch & power inserter then you don't have enough power going to the LNBs.

    I speaking about a powered SW44 switch

even one of the jynxbox dealers around here finally admitted the box is real troublesome with a varity of switches not to mention the RMA's he has to deal with....

not sure if it was already answered, but does the jynx need a power inserter with dtv single lnbs and a 4 x 1 diseqc switch?
