If your applications are running slow it may be because you have previously used applications still running press and hold the overlapping rectangle Icon to see the apps you have running simultaneously. click on the app from the list and swipe sideways to close. Or download the advanced task killer app to either kill them all at once or selectively kill the unused apps.

delete it again and reload 100912.apk I had the same thing. Second time was a charm, let everything instal and restart before running xbmc again.

Absolutely, if your running a G wireless router your only getting 54 mbps, N wireless routers start at 300-450 mbps and hard wired is 1 Gbps(or 1024 mbps)
It also depends on how powerful the server is on the other end that your streaming from... Usually the most popular and the most recent are the strongest

I didn't want you to think I was spending the money on myself. That's why I posted a reply explaining where the SatFix Bux went.

Your internet bandwith from your ISP will also play a factor as will if you are running multiple sources on your router at the same time.

Can someone tell me how to have the xbmc addons installed on the jynxbox android's internal memory? What i notice happening on any of these units is that when used without a micro sdcard if you unplug the unit, it loses all addons.

Also , the 100912.apk , has a network problem when trying to add a url as an addon source such as the fusion package or sinfulxbmc.
That problem has been noted on another android xbmc dedicated website.

Hopefully xbmc developpers will soon add hardware rendering option to the android version of xbmc .

The video addons will be loaded to the SD card, theres no way to use internal memory. Use "Fusion" to get the repositories.

People complaining about XBMC taking time to load need to remember its still Alpha/Beta. Try the version mentioned above or even the neon xbmcapp-armeabi-v7a-debug-2012-10-11 version.

These also have the PVR branch of XBMC, now if we can find some USB drivers for the ATSC USB tuners we can get EPG, PVR and other functions to work within XBMC. That would be sweet.

    1. Back up the apps.
    2. Do a factory reset from the settings (this will erase most apps including XBMC)
    3. Install XBMC 100912
    4. Run XBMC 100912

    Streaming 101
Some work and some don't you have to find one that does, when you do let it buffer for about 5 minutes then play.
