View Full Version : tv keeps cutting out

the tv is up for 50 seonds and down for 10 seconds , is the any for me to fix that?

If you get the "Scrambled" message, Your provider is most likely having issues and it will clear with time.
If no message, unhook everything going to the box and reboot and see if it stays on.
Report what you learn.

i tried that ,no change, while im here can i do more tha one receiver on a sub

One receiver On at a time per code and you can run as many as you like.
Tried what and no change ?

Added: I get it... check the power supply.

a short time after i disconnected everthing it worked for a while now i got nothing but no service or scrambled , hope i didnt lose the rest of the sub i paid for

What's your sub/server? NFPS?
Is this happening on sd channels or HD channels?
Turn to ch. 101.. its an open channel and should not cut out.. if it does it will tell us its some thing on your end..
We need to find the problem first that is causing this before we can try to fix it... if its the server you are on, not much you can do from your end.. well there is.. join a better server!

When you rebooting devices try this. Power off all your devices. Then power on which device connected to the wall jack first. Wait for it fully up. Then power on which device connected the previous deivice. Wait for fully up. Then the other one on the wire. At last the receiver. It might take more than 10 mins.
