Hey I am getting "connect fail" when i try to connect. I recently bought a new router and I think that may be the reason. Can someone explain how to set this up again it's been a while.

Can someone tell me what should go in these settings.

Setting type- DHCP or Static (DHCP is what i have)
Local IP-Greyed out
Subnet-greyed out
Gateway-greyed out
DNS IP-
Use DNS-Yes or No (I have yes now)

Thanks

EDIT- I ran CMD ipconfig/all and I have the correct local ip, subnet and dns ip even though they are greyed out. Im also using HD20E software.

The greyed out settings populate on there own when you set to dhcp. Your problem with connect fail is with your codes. So check your ip or domain, server port, username, password and deskeys as you may have a wrong digit. If you still get connect fail contact your private server to see if your code is active.

Thanks for the reply. What should my DNS IP be set to? When i do ipconfig/all it shows 192.168.1.1 so that's what i should have in my settings right?

Write down your codes and info and then try a "Network Reset" in the menu.
Set to DHCP and reboot all.
Re enter your info and try again to connect.

Post what you learn and good luck,
