View Full Version : No tv for week please help.

I have Sonicview 8000HD and Sonicview 360 Elite; the IKS server are NFPS and Satlobo. Everything work well until last week. The singnal are good but no server connection. Any help will be greatly appreceiated.

Try resetting your router and modem? un plug both for a few minutes.. plug in the modem first wait till all the lights boot back up.. then plug in the router. I don't know your set up you connected via cat5 cable from hub to modem?
check the hub in the back of the receiver it can some times come out or get loose...

My budy has NFPS on SV8000 and it is flaky at the best of time... in the last week I dont know about NFPS..
I have Satlobo (new server) on SV8000 been good this week... are you on the old server by chance?

Where to you get the new server on Satlobo? I think, I am on old server.

That's probably your problem right there... need to get onto the new server...
Contact your Satlobo re seller who'm ever that is..
